With more than 20 years career experience in the field of eye care, working for industry leaders such as Allergan Surgical, Ron Greenberg has held a wide range of positions - from sales management, to director of operations, to director of surgical marketing, among others. Ron successfully grew PatientFinance.com and led it through its acquisition by CareCredit, an operating unit of GE Capital. As the President and founding partner of Refractive Partners, his far-reaching expertise includes:

  • Development of manufacturer led business development services
  • Operational focus on customer service, sales compensation planning, contracts and compliance
  • Equipment finance strategies
  • New product development
  • Consumer financing services
  • Industry analyses to uncover new technology trends

Ken Stone has over two decades experience in the IT industry, successfully leading businesses in initiatives that have increased productivity and improved their bottom line. He has held the titles of IT Director and Director of Operations with some of the world's leading restaurant groups. A graduate of the University of Colorado - Boulder, his expertise is in IT infrastructure, project management and development of IT solutions.

His role with Refractive Partners is to continually source and implement high level technology solutions and quality management tools in the vision correction business space, that will ultimately deliver benefits to Refractive Partner's clients.

Jon Crane comes to Refractive Partners after more than a quarter century of working at the highest levels of the communications profession. He has successfully spearheaded communications efforts in a wide variety of industries - including health care, technology, gaming, plastics, insurance, telecommunications, education, fine arts and professional associations. His work has earned him six national Telly Awards for marketing and public relations excellence, as well as three Emmy Awards and numerous other distinctions.

Willie Harper brings more than ten years of vision industry experience to Refractive Partners, offering clients an impressive record of achievements marketing in a variety of medical fields. Having worked with a world class organizations, including Vision Fee Plan, Merck & Company and Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Willie offers clients a wide range of expertise in:

  • In-depth knowledge of ophthalmic Rx products
  • A solid understanding of managed care and federal health care programs

With a background launching a variety of products, Willie Harper earned his bachelor of business administration in marketing and management from Baylor University, and served honorably as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.

Kristen’s experience as both a refractive coordinator and a marketing director makes her uniquely qualified to analyze the dynamics and engineer the processes involved in converting consumers into satisfied patients. As Refractive Partners’ Director of Vision Consulting Services, Kristen provides an insider’s perspective and:

Nancy Ware comes to Refractive Partners with career experience that includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software implementation and training, ophathomologist office staff training, new product development and management, as well as account management in the eyeware industry. With Refractive Partners, she applies her expertise to support sales, vendor partners and clients and manages the company's marketing communications.

Nancy holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Flagler College School of Business and Economics, and an A.A. in Fashion Merchandise Management from New York's Fashion Institute of Technology.

For the past 20 years, Bill Mercier has been involved with numerous successful start-up companies. In 2002, after several years as a Practice Development Specialist for a mobile ophthalmologic laser company, Bill developed the concept and test-marketed his outsourced consumer communication solution, OptiCall, which has received enthusiastic market acceptance and is a keystone of Refractive Partner's portfolio.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in Marketing and Business Administration, Bill and the OptiCall staff are headquartered in Sarasota, Florida where they provide vision correction counseling and scheduling for over 40 physicians nationwide.

Edward Cushing

With over 15 years of experience in consumer relations, communications and business solutions, Edward Cushing leads the OptiCall team as Director of Operations. His role is to maintain and ensure productive, positive relationships with practices, and works to optimize the efficiency and productivity of OptiCall services for each client practice.

Edward studied Consumer Behavior, Business Development and Sales at Cape Cod Community College for Business and Marketing.
