It has been proven that potential
patients form an impression, and base
their decision to choose a surgeon
from the very first few seconds that
they contact an office. One of the
biggest challenges practices face is
effectively and efficiently fielding
inbound patient calls for elective
procedures, while still spending the
quality time needed to convert the
prospect to a patient.
The OptiCall Team will conduct a CSA
over a 10-12 day period and formally
provide a .WAV audio file and documented
feedback from your Refractive Business
Consultant. A review of all data will
then be scheduled with appropriate
practice decision makers and other
parties that may impact the practice
effectiveness.
Following is an
example of the information that will
be collected and evaluated:
- Greeting by the front desk.
- Average wait time to reach a refractive
counselor.
- Knowledge of refractive counselor
for refractive procedure, technologies
offered, and doctor's experience.
- # of calls that go into voicemail.
- Does the counselor attempt to schedule
a vision correction evaluation?
- Does the counselor effectively
address price issues, concerns and
finance options?
- Does the counselor collect information
on the caller for follow-up?
The fee for a CSA is $500, payable upon confirmation of the CSA with practice management.
