Refractive Partners Conversion Training is a two day process that will teach the Refractive Coordinator how to “Close the Deal”. We will take basic sales principles and incorporate them into what the Refractive Coordinator is currently doing. Our ultimate goal is to increase your effectiveness by enhancing your current process.
Conversion Training will teach your Refractive Coordinator:
- The importance of building a rapport with your patient
- How to key into important elements needed to make your patient feel comfortable and relaxed
- The importance of listening and really hearing the needs of your patient
- How to give the patient confidence in the procedure and the surgeon
- How to deal with “cost” of the procedure and to leverage financing
- Ultimately - How to get the patient to say “YES”
Conversion Training will include:
- One day on-site observation
- One day on-site implementation
- One month follow up call
- Tracking reports
